The holiday flat is located on the ground floor of a typical fisherman’s house in one of the most charming alleyways in Burg. The famous painter Ludwig Kirchner immortalized this alley and its houses—including this one—in his 1908 painting Bauernhäuser (Farmhouses). Huus Badstaven is situated just a stone’s throw from Burg’s town centre, with its historic church, lovely shops, excellent restaurants, the town hall market square, and a cinema. It’s only a few steps to the bike rental and, quite possibly, the best ice cream on the island! Extensive cycling and hiking trails start right from the house and lead around the island. The south beach, with its beautiful, wide sandy shore, is nearby, and the harbour at Burgstaaken is just a short walk away.
Getting to Huus Badstaven is very easy. Simply drive past the town hall, then turn left at Doppeleiche. You will find Gasse Badstaven on the right-hand side. The keys will be left for you directly on site.
